about ben gadd

Having completed his degree, Ben trained to become a Psychiatric Nurse in London, and since then has worked as an RN in a variety of hospital and community settings.

Ben came to homeopathy after looking for a more natural, gentle and holistic way of treating people with a range of physical, emotional, and mental health problems. He was appealed by homeopathy’s focus on addressing the underlying causes of disease, and also on the use of the minimum dose of medicine, hence avoiding the sometimes toxic side effects of pharmaceutical drugs.

He completed his formal studies at the College of Homeopathy in London (1998-2003), has a BSc in Homeopathic Medicine and an MSc in homeopathy. He lectures at the Sydney College of Homeopathic Medicine (students can download class notes and presentations here) and Endeavour College of Natural Health.

He has experience of treating a wide variety of complaints, and has a strong interest in the link between mental and emotional states and physical ill-health.

In 2004 Ben assisted in a clinic for people with HIV and AIDS in Botswana - the Maun Homeopathy Project.

He is registered with the Australian Register of Homoeopaths, and is a professional member of the Australian Homoeopathic Association.
